Abstract: This research addresses the fundamental challenges of integrating high-density transport Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) operations into the complex urban airspaces of modern metropolitan areas. Within the conceptual frameworks of the European U-Space and the American Unmanned Aircraft System Traffic Management (UTM), the study provides an exhaustive evaluation of the availability, structural integrity, and granularity of open - source geospatial datasets. By utilizing Kyiv and Kropyvnytskyi as representative testbeds, the authors demonstrate that OpenStreetMap (OSM) contributors' data, Microsoft Building Footprints, and Copernicus Digital Elevation Models (DEM) possess sufficient detail for the extrusion of highfidelity 3D urban environments. These digital twins are essential for defining multi-layered flight corridors, establishing dynamic No-Fly Zones (NFZ), and calculating precision terrain topography to ensure obstacle clearance. The article further substantiates a sophisticated software toolchain integration necessary for robust simulation. ArcGIS is analyzed as the primary geospatial engine for spatial analysis and 3D modeling, while MATLAB/Simulink is proposed as the central computational framework. The research details the functional roles of specialized MATLAB Toolboxes – including the UAV, Aerospace, and Robotics System Toolboxes – in modeling multi-agent fleet dynamics, trajectory optimization, and autonomous coordination. A significant portion of the paper is dedicated to the formalization of a structured, fourstage experimental methodology. This methodology encompasses the transformation of unstructured geo-data into 3D navigation layers, the definition of altitude-stratified corridors (ranging from 40 to 100 meters), and the execution of large - scale traffic simulations involving fleets of up to 200 UAV units. The authors introduce a quantitative assessment framework based on critical throughput metrics: conflict frequency, average mission duration, and corridor saturation levels. The study concludes that the synergy between open-source geospatial data and high-end engineering simulation tools provides a scalable and mathematically sound foundation for modeling airspace capacity. This approach is vital for the strategic planning of Urban Air Mobility (UAM) infrastructures, facilitating the safe and efficient integration of autonomous aerial logistics into the national transport ecosystem.</summary>

Abstract: This article provides a comprehensive systematic review of multispectral relocalization methodologies for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) operating in Degraded Visual Environments (DVE). Traditional Visual Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (VSLAM) algorithms, which rely exclusively on the visible electromagnetic spectrum (RGB sensors), experience severe performance degradation – often losing tracking accuracy by 40-60%—under conditions of dynamic illumination, nighttime operations, and aerosol interference such as fog or smoke. To mitigate these critical vulnerabilities, the research explores the paradigm of cross-modal Sensor Fusion, specifically the integration of standard optical data with long-wave infrared (LWIR) thermal signatures (8-14 µm). Because thermal emissions depend on the thermodynamic properties of materials rather than external lighting, they offer superior penetration through obscurants and maintain highly stable descriptors across day-night transitions. Based on a rigorous analysis of over 50 peer-reviewed publications from 2015 to 2024, the study categorizes current fusion architectures into three primary paradigms: Early Fusion (pixel-level concatenation utilizing Convolutional Neural Networks), Late Fusion (decision-level integration ensuring modular redundancy), and Hybrid Fusion (adaptive spatial alignment using Cyclic Fuse-and-Refine Blocks). The comparative quantitative analysis reveals that Hybrid Fusion achieves the most optimal balance, reducing positioning errors to 0.15-0.25 meters in urban environments and demonstrating a 35-40% performance advantage over monospectral systems under severe visibility constraints.</summary>

Abstract: This article investigates the transformative role of specialized flight planning software (FPS) in modern civil aviation, emphasizing its critical impact on operational safety, economic efficiency, and environmental sustainability. The research provides a comprehensive comparative analysis of industry-leading professional systems, notably Lufthansa Systems’ Lido Flight 4D, Boeing’s Jeppesen JetPlanner, and AirSupport’s PPS. The study explores how these highly integrated digital ecosystems automate the generation of Operational Flight Plans (OFP) by processing massive volumes of dynamic data, including AIRAC cycles, real-time meteorological forecasts, NOTAMs, and complex airspace restrictions. A primary focus of the paper is the evaluation of trajectory optimization algorithms. The author details how FPS utilizes parameters such as Cost Index and high-altitude wind patterns (Jet Streams) to calculate four-dimensional step-climb profiles that balance operational time against fuel consumption. The research demonstrates that the implementation of such advanced software can reduce fuel burn by 2% to 7%, directly contributing to the mitigation of carbon emissions in compliance with ICAO environmental standards. Furthermore, the study highlights the digital transformation of crew workflows through the seamless integration of FPS with Electronic Flight Bags (EFB), enabling paperless pre-flight briefings and real-time performance calculations. Additionally, the paper addresses the educational implications of these technologies for the professional training of flight dispatchers. The author evaluates the utility of accessible, high fidelity platforms such as SimBrief, SkyVector, and Little Navmap as effective pedagogical tools for simulating professional flight planning environments. The article concludes that the future of flight planning lies in cloud-based (SaaS) architectures and the implementation of Artificial Intelligence to proactively manage airspace congestion, thereby solidifying software not merely as a supportive tool, but as the strategic core of airline competitiveness.</summary>

Abstract: This article examines the integration of Google’s cloud ecosystem and AI tools into modern legal practice, establishing digital competence as a fundamental professional requirement. The research explores how Google Workspace and Google Calendar provide a secure infrastructure for collaborative case management, procedural deadline tracking, and document drafting, while Google Scholar enhances evidence-based judicial argumentation. The study specifically evaluates the application of AI tools, such as Google NotebookLM and Gemini, for synthesizing unstructured legal data. The author draws a critical distinction between consumer-grade and enterprise-grade (Google Workspace) environments, identifying the latter as the only viable standard for maintaining attorney-client privilege and strict data privacy. Furthermore, the paper discusses the "human-in-the-loop" principle, asserting that while AI-driven synthesis streamlines complex case preparation, the legal practitioner remains the sole bearer of professional accountability for any automatically generated content. Drawing upon the 2025 Guidelines by the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation, the study highlights the absolute imperative of mitigating AI "hallucinations" through rigorous verification. The research substantiates that bridging the current utilization gap in legal tech is essential for the provision of higher-tier legal assistance. The author concludes that while these technologies offer immense potential for workflow automation, maximizing their efficacy requires a strategic balance between technological integration and strict human intellectual oversight within the digitalized judicial landscape.</summary>
