З’ясовано, що до структури професійної взаємодії пілотів ЦА можна віднести такі компоненти: мету спілкування, предмет спілкування, міжособистісні контакти, способи спілкування (вербальні, невербальні, апаратні сигнали), зворотний зв’язок у спілкуванні (вербальні і невербальні сигнали) тощо. Визначено основні підходи та характеристики такої взаємодії. Наведено структуру готовності до взаємодії та її основні компоненти, що відображають особливості професійної діяльності льотних екіпажів. The article conducts a theoretical analysis of the problem of forming the readiness of future civil aviation pilots to interact in production and technological activities and examines the essence of such readiness of future pilots. It was found that the following components can be attributed to the structure of professional interaction of CA pilots: the purpose of communication, the subject of communication, interpersonal contacts, methods of communication (verbal, nonverbal, hardware signals), feedback in communication (verbal and non-verbal signals). The main approaches and characteristics of such interaction are defined. The structure of readiness for interaction and its main components, which reflect the peculiarities of the professional activity of flight crews, are presented. The cognitive component of readiness for interaction includes a certain set of social, communicative, administrative, legal, production-technological and other operations, professional functions and relationships. The operational component of readiness is expressed in the tried and tested strategies and styles of interaction of the crew with the ground services. The article reveals the role of environmental education in the professional training of specialists - future navigators. It was established that the problem of environmental protection is one of the most acute problems of our time. Formation of ecological culture, ecological beliefs, ecological style of thinking of modern students, mastering the basics of rational nature management is one of the priority tasks of modern maritime higher education. It was underlined that environmental education is a very important component of the educational process. It is a system in which ecological thinking, ecological culture, ecological responsibility, ecological consciousness, humanistic ideas, principles, universal human values, scientific knowledge, and skills interact. These qualities are necessary for future navigators, as they are needed to solve professional tasks related to ecological safety during the operation of sea and river transport. In addition, the solution of professional tasks requires the implementation of a certain algorithm of actions in the event of accidents and incidents on water with dangerous environmental consequences. The theoretical approaches of scholars to the concepts of "ecological education", "ecological responsibility", "ecological competence", "ecological culture" are generalized. The conclusion was made concerning the importance of the formation of the integrated content of professional disciplines, taking into account the ecological component in the training of maritime specialists. The need to upgrade the system of higher maritime education in order to form an ecological component in professional training. The article is devoted to the analysis of communicative aspects of the implementation of non-formal/informal education for higher education students under martial law. The concept and forms of non-formal education, the main criteria for re-accreditation of learning outcomes obtained through non-formal/informal education are indicated. The main advantages of non-formal/informal education under martial law are described. The purpose of the study was to analyze the communicative aspects of the implementation of non-formal/informal education for higher education students under martial law. The advantages of non-formal and informal education, the communicative aspect of their implementation are considered. The differences and similarities between these two approaches to the formation of the necessary professional competencies of higher education students are investigated. It is proved that non-formal education is an unstructured and informal process that can be carried out at any time and in any place. The communicator of non-formal/informal education can be information and digital means, through which the student directly participates in online courses, webinars, seminars, remote conferences, etc. These forms of education allow students to acquire knowledge and skills in an informal environment in the realities of martial law.
