Сучасні підходи до підготовки інструкторів: впровадження CBTA у освітні програми

Abstract

Робота складається з вступу, трьох основних розділів, висновків, додатків та списку використаних джерел. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність дослідження, що полягає у необхідності модернізації традиційних підходів до підготовки інструкторів через впровадження інноваційної методології Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA). Акцент зроблено на важливості розвитку не лише технічних знань, а й критично важливих поведінкових та адаптивних компетенцій, які забезпечують оперативність прийняття рішень у кризових ситуаціях. У першому розділі досліджено теоретико-методологічні засади підготовки інструкторів із застосуванням CBTA, проаналізовано історичний розвиток традиційних методик (Task-Based Training, STBT) та визначено їхні обмеження. Порівняння з сучасними підходами дозволило обґрунтувати необхідність впровадження CBTA, який інтегрує аналіз реальних даних, використання цифрових технологій і персоналізацію навчального процесу. Другий розділ присвячено емпіричному дослідженню впровадження CBTA в освітній процес. Застосовуючи змішану методологію (анкетування, симуляційні тренування, інтерв’ю, спостереження), було встановлено, що впровадження CBTA призводить до суттєвого покращення як технічних, так і поведінкових компетенцій інструкторів та пілотів. Результати дослідження свідчать про зниження часу прийняття рішень у симульованих кризових ситуаціях, підвищення ситуаційної обізнаності та ефективності командної роботи, що є запорукою підвищення безпеки польотів. У третьому розділі розроблено інтегровану модель впровадження CBTA в освітні програми з детальним описом етапів реалізації – від аудиту існуючих програм та розробки адаптованих навчальних матеріалів до пілотного впровадження, моніторингу та регулярного удосконалення системи. Також надано практичні рекомендації щодо адаптації CBTA до умов конкретних навчальних закладів, що враховують організаційні, технічні, фінансові та культурні особливості. Результати дослідження та розроблена модель мають велике значення для модернізації систем підготовки авіаційного персоналу, забезпечення високих стандартів безпеки польотів та підвищення конкурентоспроможності галузі на глобальному рівні. This diploma thesis is devoted to exploring modern approaches to instructor training by implementing the Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) methodology within aviation educational programs. The study examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of the competency-based approach, analyzes international standards (including ICAO Doc 9995, and guidelines from EASA and FAA), and investigates both the challenges and opportunities associated with integrating CBTA into contemporary educational systems. The work consists of an introduction, three main chapters, conclusions, appendices, and a list of references. In the introduction, the relevance of the research is substantiated by emphasizing the need to modernize traditional training methods. The study highlights that modern aviation demands not only a high level of technical knowledge but also critical behavioral and adaptive competencies to ensure efficient decision-making under crisis conditions. The first chapter explores the theoretical and methodological basis for instructor training using CBTA, analyzing the evolution of traditional approaches (such as Task-Based Training and Standardized Task-Based Training) and their limitations. A comparison with modern methods demonstrates the necessity for adopting CBTA, which integrates real-data analysis, digital technologies, and personalized learning processes. The second chapter is dedicated to an empirical investigation of CBTA implementation in the educational process. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach—including surveys, simulation exercises, interviews, and observations—the study reveals significant improvements in both technical and behavioral competencies, such as reduced decision-making time during crisis simulations, enhanced situational awareness, and improved teamwork. The findings confirm a higher overall satisfaction among participants regarding the interactive and practice-oriented training provided by CBTA. The third chapter presents an integrated model for CBTA implementation, detailing the stages from auditing existing programs and developing adapted educational materials to pilot implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the system. Practical recommendations are provided for adapting CBTA to the specific conditions of individual educational institutions, taking into account organizational, technical, financial, and cultural factors. The results of the study and the developed model are of great significance for modernizing the aviation personnel training system, ensuring high flight safety standards, and enhancing the global competitiveness of the industry.
