Abstract

Робота складається з вступу, трьох основних розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність теми, що полягає в аналізі впливу перерв у навчанні на якість підготовки комерційних пілотів. Особливу увагу приділено неперервності навчального процесу, яка є важливою для підтримання професійних навичок та компетенцій пілотів. Розглянуто проблеми, що виникають через перерви у навчанні та їх наслідки для професійної підготовки. У першому розділі аналізується еволюція підготовки пілотів, зокрема важливість неперервності навчального процесу. Оцінюється вплив зовнішніх факторів на процес підготовки та проблеми, пов’язані з перервами в навчанні. Другий розділ присвячений вивченню наслідків перерв у підготовці пілотів, а також аналізу міжнародного досвіду щодо забезпечення якості підготовки в умовах перерв у навчанні. У третьому розділі розглядається емпіричне дослідження, що вивчає вплив перерв на формування навичок пілотів і пропонується ряд рекомендацій для мінімізації негативних наслідків за допомогою сучасних технологій. У висновках підведені підсумки дослідження, надано рекомендації для вдосконалення підготовки пілотів у випадках перерв у навчанні. Робота обсягом 82 сторінок, містить 70 найменувань використаних джерел. The thesis consists of an introduction, three main chapters, conclusions, and a list of references. The introduction justifies the relevance of the topic, which lies in analyzing the impact of interruptions in training on the quality of commercial pilot training. Special attention is given to the continuity of the training process, which is crucial for maintaining the professional skills and competencies of pilots. The issues arising from training interruptions and their consequences for professional development are discussed. The first chapter analyzes the evolution of pilot training, particularly the importance of the continuity of the learning process. The impact of external factors on the training process and the problems associated with breaks in training are assessed. The second chapter is dedicated to examining the consequences of training interruptions and analyzing international experience in ensuring the quality of pilot training during breaks in education. The third chapter presents an empirical study that examines the impact of breaks on pilot skills formation and provides recommendations for minimizing negative consequences using modern technologies. The conclusions summarize the findings of the research and offer recommendations for improving pilot training in cases of interruptions in education. The thesis consists of 82 pages and includes 70 references.
