Abstract

Кіровоградське вище льотне училище цивільної авіації (КВЛУ ЦА) у період його організації, становлення та подальшого розвитку очолювали: з 14 квітня по 14 червня 1978 року т.в.о. начальника КВЛУ ЦА перший заступник начальника училища Вікторенко Віктор Макарович; з 14 червня 1978 року по 7 серпня 1984 року д. т. н., професор Комаров Андрій Олександрович; з 7 серпня 1984 року по 23 січня 1987 року к. т. н. Нікулін Микола Пилипович; з 1 березня 1987 року по 10 липня 1993 року к. т. н. Рубець Михайло Іванович. The formation and development of the Kirovohrad Higher Flight School of Civil Aviation were inextricably linked to the professional expertise, academic standing, and managerial experience of its leadership. The subsequent period of the institution's operation was marked by a steady growth in its research and educational capacity. This continuous advancement solidified the school's status as a premier center for training civil aviation professionals. Each of the school's leaders made significant contributions to refining the organizational structure, advancing curricula, and shaping personnel policies, thereby ensuring the institution’s uninterrupted development.
