| Abstract: | During the brief existence of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, foundational steps were taken to establish military aviation units and civil aviation infrastructure, encompassing aerodrome development and the preparation of flight personnel. The emergence of the first Azerbaijani aviators underscores the state’s strategic ambition to forge a professional, highly skilled aviation service capable of safeguarding its national sovereignty. |
