Abstract: This article provides a comprehensive analysis of multi-dimensional strategies aimed at enhancing the operational reliability of modern civil aircraft. In the current aviation landscape, reliability is defined as a complex property encompassing dependabili ty, service life, and maintainability. The research focuses on the technical evolution of airframes, specifically the widespread integration of advanced carbon-fiber composites that provide superior strength-toweight ratios and corrosion resistance compared to traditional alloys. The investigation further delves into the deployment of Digital Twin technology, allowing for real-time simulation of airframe stress and engine performance to optimize lifecycle management. Additionally, the study evaluates the transition towards "More Electric Aircraft" (MEA) architectures, which enhance reliability by replacing complex centralized hydraulics with simplified electrical systems. The author examines the strategic importance of system redundancy – specifically in hydraulic, electronic, and propulsion systems—as a primary defense against catastrophic failures. A significant portion of the paper is dedicated to the digital transformation of aircraft maintenance, highlighting the shift toward Predictive Maintenance (PdM) and real-time health monitoring systems. These technologies allow for the detection of "incipient failures," transitioning the industry from reactive repairs to proacti ve management. This data-driven approach, combined with the economic necessity of reducing "Aircraft on Ground" (AOG) incidents, ensures high fleet dispatch rates and operational efficiency. Furthermore, the study addresses the critical role of the human factor, emphasizing that despite increased automation, crew resource management and psychophysiological monitoring remain essential components of the safety chain. By aligning technical innovations with international ICAO SARPs and Safety Management Systems (SMS), the research substantiates a holistic model for ensuring the continued airworthiness and high reliability of the global passenger fleet in an era of increasing flight density.
