Abstract: Modern aviation manufacturing requires flawless precision, robust supply chain coordination, and strict compliance with international quality standards (e.g., EASA Part-21). Traditional isolated enterprise management systems often fail to process real-time data efficiently, creating critical information gaps across the product lifecycle. This study explores the comprehensive digital transformation of aviation production management through the implementation of Digital Twin technology, serving as a bridge between PLM, ERP, and MES systems. By utilizing Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) sensors, cloud computing, and AI driven predictive analytics, a digital twin creates a dynamic virtual replica of physical assets and production lines. This approach enables proactive decision-making, allowing managers to conduct "What-If" simulations to optimize production schedules virtually. Ultimately, this seamless integration ensures end-to-end traceability of aviation components (Digital Thread), minimizes equipment downtime, reduces time-to-market, and guarantees the highest level of manufacturing quality and safety.
